Designing a new ecommerce store is normally a complex experience. Couple that with a globally known brand with millions of followers, there was no room for error in the new Karl Lagerfeld Paris website. The new KLP designs had to portray a strong brand presence, hero beautiful campaign and product imagery and provide a seamless purchase user journey.
Managing multiple stakeholders within this large business presented the intricate task of incorporating various feedback and advocating for its implementation. Additionally, the presence of multiple brands operating within the framework of the KLP template added in another layer of complexity to the decision-making process regarding specific design choices.
