RLB Packaging, a leader in the NZ packaging space, wanted to bring their offline purchasing journey online and allow for their customers to place orders unaided. This provided a unique challenge due to having to account for different product variants within a wide range of products.
In addition to this challenge, product discovery was a main focus in order to upsell additional products. This meant, most importantly, highlighting subcategories in the first page-fold at category view plus sufficient focus on related products at the PDP level. Similar blocks were added throughout the purchasing journey to further enhance this discovery process.
